Matt Kanne

Matt is a Partner and one of the co-founders of Brook Run Partners. Prior to Brook Run, Matt was a Director at Transact Capital where he provided direct sell-side M&A advisory services to founder-owned companies. Matt has closed deals across a number of industries including healthcare, technology and industrials.

Matt is a U.S. Army Veteran. He earned his MBA from William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College.
